There is a further draft of the much delayed law to declare the Es Trenc-Salobrar nature park (which covers parts of Campos and Ses Salines). This one removes any possibility of there being a car park next to Ses Covetes. It also establishes a maximum number of vehicles to be accommodated by the three car parks that are envisaged - a total of 1,721.

These are some aspects of the new draft prepared by the environment ministry and which have drawn on over seventy observations that were made during the second period of public consultation for the bill. The two town halls now have a further ten days to offer any further suggestions before a definitive text is arrived at.

The three car parks are next to the yacht club in Sa Rapita (706 cars), in Sa Barralina (477 vehicles) and the third on the road between Campos and Colonia Sant Jordi (538).
