A 56-year-old Spanish man died on Monday afternoon after falling from the fifth floor of a building on C. San Vicente de Paul in Palma.

Emergency services were called around 4pm. Medics were unable to save him.

The National Police homicide squad is in charge of investigating the circumstances. It would appear that the man was not a resident in the apartment building and didn't live in this area of the city.
