A 52-year-old woman died on Thursday after being run over by a taxi on C. Manacor in Palma.

A tragic case. A needless fatality, the enormous grief of her family and the terrible experience for the taxi driver. Why this person was lying down in a lane of a major city road at 3 am we can only speculate. A heart attack? Drunk? Drugs? Had she been mugged? We may never know.
