The event "Mallorca Soul & Beat" is a cultural event, focusing on black music, which will also feature exhibitions of photography, painting and gastronomic proposals to delight attendees at the hotel Concha Soul.
The event will take place in Calvia on May 5 and 6. On the first day there will be exhibitions of photography, painting and gastronomic proposals at the Concha Soul Hotel.
The second day will focus on music, at 9pm at the Sala Palmanova you can enjoy the concert Guille Wheel & The Waves, as well as several Dj's.
Sala Palmanova is also the space where British band the "Stone Foundation" will perform, thanks to the Calvia Town Hall, Calvia Cultura and Fundacion Calvia.
Stone Foundation is a British band, from the Midlands, led by Neil Jones and Neil Sheasby. Their style is a testament to the Northern Soul subculture, blending styles such as funk, soul and rhythm and blues. The band currently maintains a close relationship and collaboration with Paul Weller.
The Sala Palmanova is located in the street Diego Salva Lezaun, 2 (Palmanova). Specifically in the IFOC Calvia building.
The room has different possibilities of adaptation depending on the activity: concerts, theatrical performances, projections ... and has a bar in the hall, an ideal place to celebrate such a special occasion!
So, Sala Palmanova will be the home of the Mallorca Soul & Beat Weekend on Saturday, May 6 from 9pm to 1am.
