Jay-Jay Johanson is from Sweden.

A singer-songwriter, it might be reasonable to describe his style as that of a crooner, but this fails to capture innovative aspects of his work that have embraced trip hop and electroclash, a fusion of synth-pop and electronic dance music.

Among his collaborations has been one with Robin Guthrie, the guitarist who co-founded the Cocteau Twins, themselves one of the UK's most celebrated experimental music acts of the past four decades. The Cocteaus were the epitome of dream pop, and there is this aspect to Jay-Jay Johanson, who is returning to Mallorca after an almost four-year gap and will be showcasing his latest album, Fetish.

This is a special charity concert for Sant Joan Eve. Entrance is a nominal one euro.
