Dear Sir,
I am a regular reader of the Daily Bulletin in the U.K. (through our website) having bought an apartment in Cala San Vicente earlier in the year. I keep reading about the drop in numbers of visitors to Majorca this summer and particularly this autumn. Surely this is not a reflection on such a beautiful island, but simply because the rest of Europe, and particularly the U.K., has had such a hot and sunny summer this year. Normally, by September, we are all hoping to find some late sun to make up for what we lacked in the U.K. in the summer and to gird our loins for Christmas. Very unusually this year we have all been praying for rain!
As soon as the weather breaks here I am sure people will start thinking about travelling abroad again.
