IF the situation wasn't so serious it would almost be a laughable state of affairs. Carry On Railway springs to mind.
However, the situation is serious because we are dealing with people's safety. Now, Majorca's once ambitious railway plan has hit the buffers at a time when a decent public transport network is really needed.
