F OR Kim Jong Un, the 29-year-old Dear Leader of the imprisoned North Korean people who is showing much of the bombast of his father but none of his occasional diplomatic skills. Encouraged by his country's successful small-scale nuclear exercise, Kim Jong Un has threatened to turn Washington into a sea of fire and last week observed an ammunition artillery drill which rocked heaven and earth. The tragedy, of course, is his starving people who see no way of escape.
