For the governing body of Formula One whose members decided on Thursday to reinstate the Bahrein Grand Prix which was cancelled in March at the height of the Arab Spring protests. Since then the government's repressive measures have increased and even while the Formula One chiefs were meeting there on Thursday tear gas and rubber bullets were being used against protestors.The Grand Prix teams are due to discuss this issue in Canada next week and there is hope that they will refuse to participate in Bahrein on the new date of 30 Oct
