MOTORWAY MAYHEM

Dear Sir, IT has been said that given sufficient time at a typewriter, a chimp will bash out some Shakespeare.
However, one wonders if the Majorcan highways and byways chumps were to sit at their motorway/ via cintura information panel keyboards till hell freezes over, would they ever come up with the warning of the complete blockage of the Andratx motorway (so that they can paint some dotted lines for the locals to tear along)?
