...for all Premiership footballers (and their agents) who make contradictory and headline-grabbing statements about their futures. Wayne Rooney and Carlos Tevez have been conspicuous lately by putting forward either/or reasons for their demands for increased wages or a transfer to another club. On any rational judgement their excessive payments cannot be justified and the disloyalty and disregard they show for their clubs and managers is not attractive.
