F OR David Cameron for cancelling his keynote speech on Europe to concentrate on the Algerian hostage crisis. Cameron had been working on the speech for months and it would have been a key moment for him. The Prime Minister showed great statesmanship which is sadly lacking among other world leaders. Details of what he was due to say have emerged with the Prime Minister calling for a reformed European Union which is probably the way forward.
