Dear Sir,
With reference to your debate about whether President Putin is a danger to the world (Majorca Daily Bulletin 25 July, 2014) let’s remember that the present crisis was not caused by Putin but by the overthrow of the previous democratically elected President of the Ukraine. If the West had not supported the opponents of Yanukovich, the pro-Russian elements in the east of the country would not have taken up arms and flight MH17 would have reached its destination.
