If you are an undecided voter I doubt that either camp has managed to persuade you to vote in or out in the European Union referendum in Britain next month. If you listen to Prime Minister David Cameron, if Britain leaves there is a greater possibility of conflict on the continent and if you believe Boris Johnson, the former Mayor of London and out campaigner, Britain will be a land of plenty if it pulls out. I sincerely believe that both are wrong and just another example of scaremongering from both sides. Now, if I could vote I would be voting to stay in the European Union because I do believe that it is better to be a member than just sitting on the sidelines with no vote or opinion. How I see it, Europe is Britain’s main trading partner but if the UK leaves the European Union then this could damage trade ties with other nations in the EU bloc. Let us be clear no one is too sure what will happen if Britain leaves but there will be a long period of uncertainty which will damage the economy. And that is fact. Anyone who believes that Britain can pull out and continue to prosper is mistaken. On matters closer to home there is the issue of what will happen to us expats in Spain. There will also be a period of uncertainty until matters are resolved. The European Union is not perfect and it does has many faults but Britain can make the necessary changes from within rather than being on the sidelines. Britain’s future is in Europe not elsewhere.

''Britain can make the necessary changes from within'' Oh,really,is that why Cameron has come away from all the summits and negotiation attempts empty-handed or as near as damn it and perhaps you have also forgotten that Martin Schultz has made it very clear that agreements are not binding,if we were stupid enough to vote yes,the EU will impose any agreement,rules or regulations they like on us and we won't be able to do a thing about it.
