No decision on whether to question Infanta

Palma.—The judge who is probing allegations that the Duke of Palma and his business partner ,Diego Torres, embezzled six million euros through the Noos Sporting Foundation said yesterday that he has so far taken no decision on whether to question the Duke´s wife, the Infanta Cristina (the King´s youngest daughter). A report yesterday suggested that the court had decided that the Infanta had no case to answer, but this allegation was later denied yesterday by the judge who continues to probe the complicated case.
