A new book on the history, geography and natural beauty of the isle of Cabrera was presented in Palma last night.
Cabrera, the treasures of the isle, published by Promomallorca, was presented during a gala reception at the Portopi Lighthouse Museum.
The book was made possible by the cooperation of the Balearic Ministry for the Environment and Palma City Council's Environment Department and the Minister for the Environment, Miguel Angel Grimalt was on hand to help present the book in the presence of Deputy-Mayor of Palma, Cristina Cerdó, the Chairman of the Grup Serra media group, which publishes the Bulletin, Pere A. Serra and the co-writer of the book, Chief Executive of the international marine protection and preservation foundation Xavier Pastor.
