Palma.—Bruce Springsteen is currently enjoying the delights of Majorca on board the world's tenth largest super yacht with a host of friends and family.

On Friday, the 63-year-old Boss was spotted on a quick shopping spree in Palma and since then he and his entourage have been cruising round Majorca.
On Monday they spent the day off Pollensa and are expected to cruise round to Formentor today.
Springsteen and the E Street Band has just ended his hugely successful ‘Wrecking Ball tour' of Europe and is now enjoying some rest and recuperation before touring South America.

And, he is doing it in style on board the 138 metres (453 ft) Rising Sun super yacht.
Designed by Jon Bannenberg, and built by Germany's Lürssen at an estimated cost of 200 million dollars.
It was originally purchased by Larry Ellison, CEO of Oracle Corporation, and is currently owned by David Geffen who is noted for creating Asylum Records in 1970, Geffen Records in 1980, and DGC Records in 1990.

Geffen was also one of the three founders of DreamWorks SKG in 1994 with Steven Spielberg and Jeffrey Katzenberg.
On board, the Rising Sun has everything a super star could want such as, 82 rooms on five storeys with a total living area said to be in excess of 8'000 square metres, Onyx countertops, jacuzzi bathrooms, a gymnasium/spa and sauna, an extensive wine cellar, a master bath/bedroom, a private cinema with a giant plasma screen, 3'300 m² of teak-layered deck space and a basketball court on the main deck (can be used as a helicopter pad if necessary).

And The Boss has been making the most of all the toys on board to keep himself trim. On Monday he enjoyed a good session of Stan Up Paddle before a long swim in the sea.
