MAGALLUF
THE family of a Briton killed in Majorca last January are launching an appeal to cover the cost of repatriating his body.
Daniel Hastelow, from Walsall Wood, West Midlands, was stabbed to death after celebrating his 26th birthday in Magalluf. He had been working as a barman in the resort and was a well-known figure in the area.

Mr Hastelow's sister Claire Peters said the cost of returning her brother's body to the UK was about 10'000 pounds sterling.
She said the family wanted Mr Hastelow to be buried near to his West Midlands home and claimed it was difficult for relatives to travel to Majorca for the trial because of personal and work commitments.
