Palma.—Doctor Jorge Muñoz Rueda is the head of the 22-strong multilingual pediatric department at the Quiron Palmaplanas private clinic in Palma and on Sunday launched a campaign for better education at a small rally on the Borne in the capital.

"To be honest, I thought I would be alone, but to my surprise quite a number of people turned up including a handful of very important hoteliers and business leaders who are all in favour of children receiving a better education and a trilingual curriculum.
