Palma.—Palma City Council will have 17.2 million euros more to spend next year than it did this year, Mayor Mateo Isern announced yesterday while presenting the budget for 2014.
In total, the council will have a budget of 381 million euros but Isern was quick to rule out any new major investments because the council is still having to pay off the debt left behind by the previous left-wing coalition.
