Palma—The Mayor of Palma, Mateo Isern, said yesterday that he was convinced that the old city walls would be restored to their former glory once funding was available.
He was speaking yesterday as he visited a section of the city walls which have recently been restored at the Baluard del Princep, close to the Cathedral. He was accompanied byofficials from the central administration in Madrid who have partly paid for the whole restoration process.
