Promotion of Balearic Foods in London

THE Balearics have a separate space in which to promote the foods most characteristic of the islands at the Spanish Food Fair in London, which started last Friday and runs until this Friday.

According to Balearic Government sources, the programme for this event, organised by the Spanish Tourism Office in London, includes two days of promotion for products from different regions which take place today and tomorrow in the Borough market.

The islands' quality products will be shown on a stand at which people will also be able to obtain cultural and tourist information about the Balearics, as well as a recipe book for traditional dishes.
