Television cameras go behind the scenes in Majorca's real-life hospital drama

A SUMMER of real-life drama at two of Majorca's busiest hospitals will be broadcast into millions of homes in a fly-on-the-wall TV series.
Sun, Sea and A+E was filmed at Palma's main Son Dureta hospital and the cameras also followed patients and staff at a clinic in Muro near Alcudia throughout the summer holiday season.

The programmes are planned to go out after Christmas in an eight-part series on satellite channel Virgin One.
Camera crews from London-based October Films were given exclusive behind-the-scenes access to the busy casualty department of Palma's main national health hospital and captured a series of tragedies and dramas involving British tourists abroad. b
