MAGALLUF
PARTY revellers heading to Majorca this winter are being urged to show some respect to residents and fellow tourists.
Island resorts such as Magalluf and Palmanova have become a magnet for stag parties and hen weekends - especially during the off-peak holiday months.
This influx has followed a decision by former favourite destinations like Dublin and Warsaw to ban large single sex groups of partygoers.
Residents and other holidaymakers have complained in the past about the revellers' excessive antics and drink-fuelled high jinks which often get out of hand.

Now Calvia councillor and deputy mayor for tourism Kate Mentink has championed a “Respect” campaign in an attempt to stamp out any troublefrom the partygoers.
