British residents “lose everything” in supermarket car robbery

Palma.—A British couple was left “standing in all  that they owned”  last night after their car was broken into in the car park of the Carrefour hypermarket near the airport.
The couple, who have lived in Santa Ponsa for the best part of a decade, had flown back to the island from the UK yesterday and, after having collected their vehicle from a long term parking company, decided to pop into Carrefour to stock up on some supplies.
