The organising team of the cycle marathon Mallorca 312 to be celebrated on 26 April next year will donate 2 euros to Unicef Balearics and the “All for the Tramuntana mountain” project, for every participant enrolled, government officials and organisers of the event announced yesterday.
Those who wish to contribute further will be given that option when they register. Several of the routes to be used during the cycle run through the Tramuntana and organisers want to show their solidarity with the reforestation teams who are working hard to revive the area after the Summer fires in the region. The deadline to register in the ends on 25 April.
