Palma.—Former Partido Popular President and Spanish Environment Minister, Jaume Matas, returned to the Palma High Court yesterday for the second trial he is involved with under the umbrella of the Palma Arena investigation in to how the construction of the velodrome went 100 million euros over budget and where that money went.
