Palma.—The Balearic government announced yesterday they are finalising the details of a payment plan worth 35.6 million euros to Acciona so construction work on Palma’s convention centre can finally be completed. Both Jose Ramon Bauza, president of the Balearic government and Mateo Isern, Mayor of Palma have recently expressed their belief the centre could be up and running one year after the works resume.
