Palma.— Over one and a half million cruise passengers arrived in the Balearics in the first 11 months of 2013, some 17 percent more than during the same period the previous year.
The numbers come as little surprise since the percentage of cruise ships making port in the region also grew during the same period by almost 10 percent.
