Calvia.—A total of 150,000 euros will be invested by Calvia Council to renew and improve several children playgrounds in Magalluf, Son Ferrer and Palmanova.
The authorities believe the playgrounds are in a poor state, and they are planning to change that before the Summer season, when the number of children using the parks will increase considerably, due to the number of families on holiday on the island.
“This has always been one of the main demands from the locals,” sources from the Council said yesterday.
