Palma.—The potato harvest in sa Pobla is under way with most of this latest crop of Lady Christl potatoes destined for export to countries like the United Kingdom, Majorca’s largest market.
Mateo Export company began harvesting yesterday morning and, thanks to the mild and dry weather since Christmas, the quality of this second crop of the season is said to be excellent.
