Palma.—The President of the Spanish Confederation of Hotels and Tourist Accommodation, Juan Molas, urged hoteliers to start thinking out of the box in order to decentralise the Summer season and get Spain back open for Winter again.
It would appear that it is not only the Balearics that has been struggling during the Winters for the past decade and yesterday Molas   said that this is the year for established hotels to be reformed and upgraded while the government should offer fiscal incentives and reductions in social security payments in order to encourage low season businesses to flourish.
