The airports authority Aena is to invest at least 100 million euros in improvements to Palma's Son Sant Joan airport. The investment will go towards airline and passenger facilities and services as well as towards resurfacing and changes to runways and the aircraft parking area for inter-island flights.

Its probably being paid for through the income from sandwiches and drinks. Shocking prices €4.50 for a cheese sandwich
