Britain is working on possible ways to shorten the quarantine period imposed on people coming from Spain, which currently stands at 14 days, but will not be changing the guidelines in the next few days, health minister Matt Hancock said.

Matt Hancock the man who sent thousands of UK pensioners to their deaths. He hasn’t a clue just like the rest of the UK government and their scientific support.This is the man who described UK nationals holidaying abroad as being ‘extravagant’.This is political and nothing to do with protecting English interests
The UK government appears incapable of looking at data. Hey guys, the UK has the worst Coronavirus figures in Europe. Your response to the pandemic has been appalling. You’ve attempted to cover your incompetence with fear generated by various leaks to the media. The Balearic islands and Canaries are safe and hey, we wear masks!!!! People care about containment - communities feel safe. I don’t think you can say that as anyone in Manchester, Bradford, Leicester will confirm.The quarantine??? Perhaps a trick to get Brits on ‘staycations’. It worked - UK tourism is fully booked. They’ll be crammed on the beaches and guest what - your Coronavirus figures will rocket!!! Again!!!Just looking at the UK data published today. OMG - not looking good chaps. UK is a disaster.
there is no second or third wave. we are IN the wave. which is constant. the virus never went away and then came back - it's been here the whole time. and now it is endemic.
Do not believe a word this man says, he is a liar, just like the rest of the UK Government, a bunch of fool who are looking out for themselves not the people of the UK and certainly not those UK Nationals who live in Spain.
Please don’t bother reporting this rubbish from these govt twonks. All it does is give a false optimism of the quarantine being cut or even dropped. That just isn’t going to happen. The British definitely aren’t coming! It’s immaterial anyway. The FCO advice is don’t travel to all of Spain. End of.
IF THE POLITICIANS ARE NOT LYING. AND A SECOND WAVE OF THIS VIRUS IS BEGINNING TO DEVELOP. THEN THE 14 DAY RULE NEEDS TO BE APPLIED. IT MEANS THAT THIS SEASON IS DECLARED A COMPLETE WRITE-OFF. I HOPE THE FOOD BANKS AND CHARITABLE ORGANISATIONS IN MALLORCA, CAN COPE WITH THOSE FAMILIES WITH NO FOOD OR MONEY, AS A RESULT OF NO WORK.
