Yep keep the hours restricted so people sit all together in restaurants until five as opposed to let people choose between day or evening and spread them out . Genius
Why did they the Spanish government allow them to open at all? They should have waited a few more weeks, got on with their vaccination programme and then they could have, hopefully opened up the country to travellers. I can't help but think Spain may well have killed off another year of their tourism. Very sad for its citizens.
