Three people have died in the last 24 hours after suffering severe injuries during several bull-running festivals in Spain's Valencia region, local authorities said.

People fall off motorcycles and and die of other dangerous activities. Your choice stand in front of a running bull. Your risk. If your quicker than the bull you win. If your not good for the bull.
