Industrial action by French air traffic controllers could cause chaos for tens of thousands of Britons heading to the Balearics and the rest of Spain, not to mention France, this Easter and over the school holidays.

@JasonD yes you should have added that all that nice Mr Putin is doing is getting rid of those peski nazis. Donald Trump was just helping out Stormy with a bit of extra holiday money and the Brit tourist involved in the hit and run swerved to avoid a kitten. Cheese eating surrender monkeys - now that really is a good french put down. What we should actually do with our great British innovative spirit is build an undersea tunnel around the french coast and down to Gibraltar. A good place for a service station, rest rooms etc before carrying on undersea to our great island. Two fingers up to the french I say.
Stan The ManSurely you are taking the piss here. They are right to protest against this. Why should the government feel entitled to play with peoples lives in such a way. Not long ago they were witch hunting us into taking experimental drugs that no-one wanted, and now they are forcing people to work two extra years in order to receive a pension. It's about time a nation stood up. Also, what about the fragile environment and the damage it would cause to reroute flights across Germany so the wealthy can enjoy their Easter holidays even though they hate and ridicule Christianity every chance they get. Start to get real man, and those who liked your comment are just as bad as you.
Diverting Flights via Germany. Then down to Spain etc. Would incur extra fuel cost. But I think Passengers would gladly pay this extra charge , if it prevents cancellation of their Flights and Holidays. Every year the French ATC Operators cause mayhem through Strike Action. Their riots will impact even more on Flights and travel. I despise the French.
Every year the French cause major problems for everyone. I dislike the French. They are a disgrace to the race, the human race. How should they be severely punished?. Perhaps these very bad people know they can strike and riot every year and will not be punished in any way.
