Michelin Star British chef Marc Fosh, who owns Simply Fosh and Misa in Palma, is tipped to win a prestigious Repsol Sol Award when its annual guide to the best restaurants is published at the end of this month.

Repsol award restaurants either three, two or one Sol Awards and while nothing will be confirmed until the guide is released, Marc said yesterday that, with regard to the Spanish market, winning the award and being listed in the guide will make a big difference.

“The Spanish take the Repsol guide extremely seriously so it will help us with the domestic market.”
