The annual walk, pilgrimage, to Lluc has been called off because of yellow alerts for heavy rain and storms.

The walk, which officially was due to have started at 4am on Sunday morning from the Plaça Bestiar in Inca, attracts people from all over the island. The organisers, the Asociación de Antics Blavets de Lluc, say that the decision to cancel the walk has been difficult. But it has been taken in the interests of public safety.
